The TCQS ratchet lashing tensioner with chain safety (high resistance) ensures a solid lashing for heavy loads, industry, transport or construction sites.
The lashing tensioners cannot be used for lifting operations.
The TCQS turnbuckle is made of C45 material for the cage and the hook in 20CrMnTi. The lashing tensioner is finished in red. The breaking load of the tensioner is 8,04 daN to 21,2 daN depending on the chosen tensioner. A marking with the diameter of the useful chain is present on the tensioner.
