If your order is shipped, in this case, you have a period of 14 days to return your order (shipping costs at your expense) so that our teams proceed to the cancellation and refund of your order (if the product remains compliant and not used)

It is a purchase made through one of our sales representatives, two possible situations:
For our customers, you will receive an invoice by email indicating the amount and the payment deadline. This one can be paid by bank transfer or by check. You will receive an email confirming the good reception of your payment.
For our new customers, our salesman will collect your customer data, you will then receive an invoice by mail indicating that it must be paid before confirming the shipment of your order.

Attention: In case of rejection of payment by credit card or other methods of payment, we can not bring you an answer on this point, only your bank is authorized.
Pickup & Delivery
Levagemanutention.com selects the most appropriate carrier for the weight and volume of your entire order. Therefore, the price of shipping may vary depending on the weight of the package and your geographical location. To find out the exact cost of delivery, add your items to the shopping cart, and go to the "validation" stage of the order, just before the payment stage.
Home delivery is only allowed with DPD (see delivery conditions on our dedicated page).

Have you changed your mind or received a non-compliant product (missing parts, broken or defective product)?
LevageManutention.com undertakes to exchange (subject to stock) or reimburse your articles (except for special and custom orders) within 14 days of receiving your order (see question on how to modify or cancel my order).
As a reminder, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We commit ourselves to refund the total amount of your order.

For our articles sold to our sales representatives, thank you kindly send them the withdrawal form located at the bottom of our website. After confirmation of our SAV, we will communicate to you by e-mail the procedure to receive your refund. Of course, the product must remain in its original packaging and unused.
For our items sold online, the procedure remains the same. You just have to fill in the retraction form located at the bottom of the page of our website. After confirmation of our SAV, we will communicate to you by email the procedure to receive your refund. Of course, the product must remain in its original packaging and unused.
For our items sold on the Marketplace, the refund terms are specific to each merchant and are presented in the General Terms of Sale of the merchant's file.
